Eventually I hope this page will be the center of an extensive expansion of this wiki to include far more information about the Hellboy comics. Slowly I hope to have short articles about EVERY story, including publication history, major plot points, list of 'major' characters, trivia, ect. Eventually linked to these will be more extensive articles about more characters with character biographies, perhaps some info about publication history, ect.
This is a MAJOR undertaking and I hope others out there will help.
(I also have a large chronology of the Hellboy world WITHOUT using the companion, which I hope to eventually have a place for, as it is in a way the reverse of a publication chart, and helps to put everything in place conceptually) [the reason I did not use the companion is that recently it has been pointed out in the Hellmail that the time line in the companion is at times incorrect, therefor I only used internal evidence. This leaves many events with inexact dates, but more accurately reflects the current state to 'Mignolaverse' chronology]

Cyblade/Shi[]
I dont believe Hellboy actually appears in Cyblade/Shi #1. The Top Cow wikia page linked includes a huge list of characters that don't appear in the issue.
- I haven't read Cyblade/Shi #1 myself. If no one can confirm, feel free to delete that bit.

Error in Hellboy order[]

As an Original owner of a Hellboy Promo #2(5/94). This Should reed 11/93.
I worked for Diamond Comics (Woodinville WA.) at the time. Where I pulled the promo comic out of the lunchroom CBG. I have a vivid memory of ordering Hellboy Seed of destruction #1 at the same time. After all you put out promotional material When soliciting comics not when the comic is about to end.
Example Warriors of Plasma #0 was inserted in a Advance Comics(the Capital City version Previews), to promote WoP #1 that was featured in the same book. Also Hellboy promo #2 has A 93 date on the bottom of it. It would make no sense to have a 93 date in 5/94. —Chuck Lamar
- The Hellboy Promotional Comic #2 appeared in the Comics Buyer's Guide #1070, published May 20, 1994. I believe you may have confused this with Hellboy Promotional Comic #1, which was released in 1993. Could you provide a photographic reference of the issue, please?
