Ereshigal (sometimes spelled "Ereshkigal") is an ancient Mesopotamian goddess of the Underworld, from whom almost nothing is known. She approached Raimund Diestel, convincing him to become the first incarnation The Black Flame, while Rasputin described the Ogdru Jahad as the "throne-bearers of Ereshigal ", implying that she controls the seven ancient dragons.
Her name was also invoked alongside Belial and Lucifer to summon Amdusias in "Dark and Terrible".
